StarCraft Solo 16" Vinyl Cutting Machine.

As shown in the pictures the bottom of the casing is cracked.  It should be known that the free license of the cutter software is no longer available for this item.  Besides the one major blemish that doesn't really effect usability there are a few minor scuffs as shown in the pictures as well.
