• Please pay attention to the size before purchasing the bangle as some customers make mistakes in measuring the size because some customers take measurement in centimeters (In diameter) and buy in inches (In Circumference) due to which they buy wrong size and we will not be responsible for this mistake and if you are not sure about the size, please contact us first.
• I have included the size picture of the bangle at the end of the product list image.
• Some customers would buy the bangle by mistake considering the size given in centimeters, I am describing the size in centimeters (in diameter) for them below.

• For STONE JEWELRY - stone shape and color & quality will few different because we have make items on order so shape (if same shape not available) and color & quality maybe few different.
• For BRASS & COPPER JEWELRY - In brass and copper jewelry, maybe you will find the joint area black, which is a mixed material used to connect the joint but you don't worry because it's pure copper and brass except the joint area. If you want, you can get it checked for purity, you will not find any adulteration in it.
• For STACK RING/BANGLE - In many designed stack jewelry, the design you may get may be different from the photo because the photo is a sample and I make jewelry on order.

ABOUT SHIPPING & RETURN

• For USA & UK - we will provide fully Trackable service and it will delivered approx 3 to 20 working days.
• For Other COUNTRIES & include PO BOX ADDRESS of USA & UK - then it will ship by INDIA POST which takes approx 30 to 45 days to reach and it will not fully trackable. If you want FAST & TRACKABLE SERVICE then you will have to pay separate shipping cost. 
• In some rare cases such as severe weather, natural disasters, and other situations beyond our control, sometimes our services can be interrupted due to which the parcel may take time to arrive like 30 to 90 days also too Maybe transit detail will not showing. So be patient and wait for the parcel to arrive.
• Due to you haven't paid custom duty or the address is wrong or no one is found at home or if you did not collect your parcel from POSTAL OFFICE (last reason for mostly for PO BOX ADDRESS) something like this then we will not responsible to refund or reship.
• If you have PO BOX address then provide me alternative address if any have so we will ship it with fast service.

Note : In return request, if size issue or don't like it etc issue in jewelry then buyer will pay return shipping cost because we make size which you provide me.

Before opening the parcel, please make a video from opening the parcel to viewing the product. It will help to solve issue in damage or already opened products.
