Here's a great example Victorian art glass.  Attributed to Franz Welz.  Made in the early 20th century ca. 1900-1910.   This beautiful Translucent Blue Handled Basket is in very good condition.  Inside there appears to be a line of some sort.  It's in the interior of the glass and can't be felt.  It's not visible on the outside at all.  Only when held to the light.  Not sure what it is.  It does not detract at all.  Mentioned for accuracy.  It has an applied clear colorless handle.  The pontil is a rough grind.  It's 4 3/4" tall and 3" in diameter.  See all photos.    Any other unusual white or dark spots shown in the photos are from camera glare.  This will make a great accessory to any Victorian home.
