The 285 series [Sunrise Express] is a limited express sleep train that appeared in 1998 (1998). In Tokyo -Okayama, 7 cars (Tokyo -Izumo City) and 7 "Sunrise Seto" (Tokyo -Takamatsu) are operated in 14 cars. Despite the same basic performance, JR West's 0s and JR Tokai 3000s have differences in body notation and underfloor equipment.
