1994 Kenner Batman the Animated Series Killer Croc Action Figure.

The head has been discolored due to age and I’m guessing the material used because it feels different from the body. Almost a rubbery texture. Comes with the crocodile too. I do not have the package for it, and there are scuff marks on the body
