Hard to find antique Dose O’Neill Kewpie doll Head Shoulderplate. Made in Germany, this is the second-smallest size that the original kewpie doll shoulderplate heads were made in, at 2.75” tall. Marked “Germany 1387/4/0” on back. Hand painted.
