What Is Vagisil ProHydrate Internal Hydrating Gel

Relieves vaginal dryness for more comfortable intimacy.

Vaginal dryness is not a unique condition, it is said to impact over a third of UK women*. Although it is common, it shouldn’t be something that gets in the way by causing you painful sex or discomfort.

In most cases, vaginal dryness is triggered by a change in hormone levels. A drop in oestrogen affects the amount of natural lubrication produced by the vagina, making it dry and irritated. Changes in hormone levels can occur during:

Menopause

Pregnancy, including while breastfeeding

Some medications

Not being aroused before sex

The bio-adherent formula coats the vaginal wall and slowly releases moisture over time, so you can feel comfortable and ready whenever the moment is right. Plus, it’s hormone-free.

Our ProHydrate® Complex formulation contains a blend of moisturisers, including Hyaluronic Acid (HA). HA can hold up to 1000x its weight in water, and is a naturally occurring moisturiser in your body.

The single-use internal applicator targets the source of dryness.

How To Use Vagisil ProHydrate Internal Hydrating Gel

Remove the applicator from the sealed wrapper. Don't remove the end at this point

Grip the applicator firmly by the tube. Shake to ensure that the contents are at the small end

Twist off the end and discard. Use immediately after opening. While sitting or lying down, gently insert the entire thin end of the applicator into the vagina

Squeeze the tube of the applicator firmly to deposit gel into the vagina. Remove the applicator and discard it. Do not reuse the applicator

If needed, for greater comfort, gently expel a small amount of gel from the applicator before use, so that the tip is lubricated before being inserted into the vagina.

Recommended use: no more than once every 3 days.

Compatible with natural rubber latex and polyisoprene condoms.

TAMPER EVIDENT FEATURE: For your protection, each applicator is individually wrapped. Do not use this product if an applicator wrapper is torn or missing.
