Description
APC Icon
Four levels of actuation points can be set
The R3S keyboard features an APC function (actuation point changer). It can be set in four levels (0.8, 1.5, 2.2, and 3.0 mm) with dedicated software. Up to two settings can be saved in the on-board memory of the keyboard itself and switched with a single touch.

Software Icons
Customize key layout
Equipped with a keymap replacement function. As with the APC function, settings can be saved in the keyboard's onboard memory.

Capacitance non-contact icon
Capacitance non-contact system
The switch mechanism uses a capacitance no-contact system. When the electrodes approach a certain level without coming into contact with each other, the circuit is connected and the key press is recognized.

Step Sculpture Icon
Key shape suitable for high-speed input
The key layout, viewed from the side, has a "step sculpture" type key layout, with each row of keys having a different shape to match the movement of the fingers. This allows for accurate operation and less finger movement, making it suitable for touch typing (typing without looking at the keys) and reducing the burden on the fingers.

Hysteresis Icon
No double keystrokes
The hysteresis is designed to prevent double input (chattering), which is one of the most common types of malfunctions. The switch is structurally designed to prevent double input (chattering) and provide a stable input environment over a long period of time.

Feeling Icon
Soft-tactile feeling that is gentle to the fingers
The change in load is gentle and sufficient strokes can be felt. No bottom-stroking is required for input, which reduces the burden on the fingers.

N-key rollover
Input all keys even if pressed at the same time
The "N-key rollover" function allows all keys to be pressed at the same time and all keys to be typed in the same order. This feature is suitable for professional operators and gamers.

Key Load
Structure that prioritizes key load characteristics
The key switch is activated by pressing down on the conic ring, which has no load effect on typing, and the rubber dome is designed to give priority to load characteristics for a comfortable typing experience.
