Black Cumin seeds contain over 100 active substances, of which only a few have been studied by scientists. It is rich in vitamins A, E, F, B1, B3, B6, beta-carotene, biotin, numerous trace elements and antioxidants. One of its components - thymoquinone - has anti-inflammatory, analgesic and protective properties, as well as a potential anti-cancer effect. This substance acts like aspirin, helps to cope with anemia by increasing the level of hemoglobin and red blood cells, has antibacterial, antiviral, antifungal and antiparasitic properties, and is also a powerful immunomodulator.

The use of black cumin seeds prevents the formation of kidney stones, protects against damage to the liver. In addition, medicinal seeds counteract baldness by preventing hair loss, and also accelerate wound healing.

Clinical studies show the effectiveness of black cumin seeds for allergies (including allergic rhinitis, atopic eczema and bronchial asthma). • seeds - 2 tsp;
• boiled water - 0.5 l.

Boil the mixture in a water bath for 10 minutes, strain, cool. Take 100 ml approximately 1 hour before meals 3 times a day.

 

Recipes for treatment with black cumin seeds:

1. Against colds: 2 tsp. seeds pour 0.5 liters of boiling water, cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Strain, chill. Take on an empty stomach 100 ml three times a day.

2. General tonic: grind 200 g of seeds to a powder, pour milk. Infuse for 12 hours, add sugar, mix thoroughly. Take 50 ml three times a day.

3. To remove worms: fry 10 g of seeds in a dry frying pan. Add finely chopped onion (20 g), mix, cool. Take 1 tsp before breakfast.

4. For urinary infections: fry 5 g of cumin seeds, pour in freshly squeezed lemon juice, add 1 g of salt and 0.5 cups of water. Take twice a day.

5. Tincture: grind 15 g of seeds into powder, pour one glass of vodka. Close the container, insist in a dark place for 14 days, strain, consume 1 teaspoon before meals.
