From the special early Fam Event show of Transformers:  Rise of the Beasts.  2 limited editon items.  Poster is 11" x 17".  Patch is approx. 2" x 2" on the backing card that is 3" x 3"  Patch is in a sealed packet, so I am not sure if it is stick on, or iron on.  Looks to be cloth, but not sure.
