This listing is for a pair of 34" tall RAINBOW foil balloons for an 80th Birthday, complete with weights, ribbon and instructions.

Each balloon is 34" tall when inflated, they can be inflated with air or Helium.  

Please note they are supplied flat and if you want them to float they will need Helium.

The kit consist of 2 balloons, 2 weights, instructions and curling ribbon in either Rose Gold or Silver.
