Warranty Information:
All items have a 12 month Return to Base warranty as standard, unless stated otherwise. In some cases, this warranty is upheld by the manufacturers who will effect any repairs / replacements themselves - we are able to advise on this if the need arises.

Items Damaged in Transit:
All items are insured whilst in transit. If an item has been damaged in transit we must report this damage to the couriers within 3 days of the item being delivered. As such, if your item is damaged in any way, you must report this via email within 48 hours of receiving the item. When reporting an item that has been damaged in transit please be sure to include your eBay user name and the name of the item, along with details of the damage and (if possible) a photo of the damage.

Returns Process:
If for any reason you need to return the item, you will need to contact us first to arrange the details of the return. Please do not just return a product without contacting us first as the warehouse will not know why the item has come back. Please ensure you return the item in its original packaging.
Shipping:
  • We use a variety of couriers depending on the size, weight and destination of your order, including Royal Mail, Evri, Yodel & DX
  • We ship items Mon - Fri every week excluding public holidays
  • The warehouse will confirm the dispatch of your item by email on the day of dispatch, the dispatch email will contain a tracking link where available so you can track your parcel online.
  • All items sent by courier MUST be signed for on delivery. You may specify a friend or relatives address as your shipping address if needed but this must be specified as part of the checkout process. Regrettably we are not able to alter the delivery address once we receive your payment.
  • If no one is available when the couriers call they will leave a "calling card" to let you know they have been. This card will contain your consignment information and contact details for your local depot. You can then contact them to arrange a redelivery of your item or collection from their depot.
  • All items are insured during delivery. If the item appears to have damage to the outer packaging upon arrival you must sign for the item as "damaged" and contact us via email within 48 hours. We can then arrange to have the item replaced if necessary.
Collections:
Most items can be collected from our Blackpool Warehouse. Please purchase through ebay in the normal manor and choose the Customer Collection option. Please then allow 1 working day for us to pick your order ready for collection. We will email you once your item is ready. If you need your item urgently or wish to collect the same day please phone us before purchase so we can advise if this is possible. If you wish to pay in cash on collection please ensure you bring the correct change. Please note that we do not have a showroom so please select your items online before visiting.
