A wonderful pair of late 19th Century Paris Porcelain 9" pierced rim/lattice rim plates with the late 19th Century mark used at Paris Porcelain Workshops making reproductions of Joseph-Gaspard Robert's earlier 18th Century works (The way you find Mottahedeh stamps on Tobacco Leaf plates today.) I don't understand the purpose of the slotted biscuit on the back of one plate. If you know, please share. They were highly prized by the previous owner. Green is in! There is notable loss to the gilding, I suspect from sunning, on the left side of each plate, as shown. They are fresh from a fine estate, where I picked up some lovely things. Sunny Knoll Antiques has a constantly changing array of interesting items, so please check the store for other great finds. Feel free to ask questions are request additional photos. I'm always happy to combine shipping, when safe to do so.

THE FINE PRINT: Most of the items I sell are estate pieces. Accordingly, most always they will show some sign of use. I try diligently to well describe each item I sell. My over 25-year 100% positive feedback is a testament to that. eBay will automatically engage its bidder assistant program on items that remain unpaid 8 days after the sale. I can only ship to the address provided with your payment.

INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS: Delivery confirmation required. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country' s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up. Do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. I do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior. Please don't ask. The cost of insuring your item against breakage or loss will not be reflected in your postage label, because I use a third-party insurer.

IN CASE OF DAMAGE: Items are well-packed and insured. In the unlikely event of your having to file a claim, photos of the breakage and shipping box, along with packing materials must be provided to prove the item was well packed or my insurance company will limit coverage to $100. So if you have a problem, contact me immediately, and don't throw anything away!
