This came from a large estate auction in New England with high end glassware, furniture and antiques. She had everything marked either with the original tags. I've included what came with this glass piece. It is unmarked on the bottom, so I obviously can't guarantee the brand. I've included the tag she had on it saying it's Cambridge Caprice glass. Based on several very kind Cambridge glass collector it's pretty clear it's not Cambridge.
I do know it's a very high quality beautiful piece of glass, heavy duty and really a gorgeous piece. If you don't believe so you can return it, on us. So, no concerns there. Best guess this is probably the 1950's.
It is rather large so probably a center piece on a table. It measures about 13" in length and about 9" wide and sits about 5.5" high. It has a ledged or tiered bottom which you should be able to see in the photos.
It is in excellent condition. I don't see any issues with the condition.
