IMPORTANT EXPLANATION TO AVOID MISUNDERSTANDING ON THE POWER ADAPTER:
If you notice both the power connector on the 12V power adapter and the power connector on the bottom of the incubator base are all male type connectors, IT IS CORRECT! It is NOT we put the wrong power adapter in the box. The correct way to connect the power adapter to the incubator is both of the male connectors mentioned above need to be plugged into the two sockets located on the back of the incubator top black control box, please refer to the included manual to see how to correctly connect the incubator to the power adapter to avoid misunderstanding.

Advanced Temperature control program:
