We take our time and source for items that are relevant to today's fashion and good quality brands. Items are brought home and washed and dried. After that we will inspect the items, repair or stain treat if needed and rewash. They are then steamed and photographed. The last step is measuring and packaging the items in clear sealed bags to protect your product. Items are weighed and then put into inventory. Due to this process, when you receive your item, please make sure to wash and air out your item. Just know that there WILL BE WRINKLES from storage and shipping. If there is any problem, please reach out to us to help before leaving negative feedback. We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. A small handling fee of .75 is added to items just to help cover the cost of supplies, gas, and time we put in to making sure you get a product you love!
