Terms and conditions
New tyres
1. We comply with the current distance selling allowing returns up to 30 days after purchase.
2. This is only applicable to NEW tyres and NOT part worn tyres.
3. To be eligible for return the tyres must NOT have been fitted to a rim/vehicle and not have been used or damaged in any way, and be as despatched i.e., brand new with all labels etc attached.
4. We do not accept responsibility for damage during fitting-please ensure that your tyres are fitted by a qualified professional tyre fitter.
5. Any faulty tyre will be returned to the manufacturer for investigation. Their decision is final and may take up to 12 weeks.
6. All returns must be authorised by A H Top Tyres and have been issued with a returns number.
7. All refunds will be subject to deductions for carriage costs (at cost to us).
8. Should new tyres listed on our sites go out of stock, we will advise you of the expected date that they will be back in stock. At that point should you wish to cancel your order then there will be no charge,
9. Any new tyre found by the manufacturer to be faulty will be refunded in full by the original method.
*******PLEASE NOTE THE DOT-DATE OF PRODUCTION, THIS IS SHOWN IN THE FORMAT WEEK YEAR FOR EXAMPLE "1520" INDICATES THAT THE TYRE WAS MADE IN WEEK 15 OF 2020

All part worn tyres are subject to visual inspection and pressure test
prior to listing.

PART WORN TYRES MAY HAVE HAD PUNCTURE REPAIRS AND OR MINOR NON-STRUCTURAL MARKING SUCH AS RUBBING ETC. THESE DO NOT IN ANY WAY IMPACT ON THE SAFETY OR SERVICABILITY OF THE TYRE. ALL TYRES HAVE BEEN PRESSURE TESTED.

General
Deliveries that are refused or returned to us by the carrier will be charged carriage costs both ways as charged by the carrier. This will be deducted from any refund.
PLEASE READ THE SIZE AND DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY, REMEMBER THAT PART WORN TYRES MAY HAVE HAD PUNCTURES REPAIRED.
IF YOU ORDER THE WRONG SIZE PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATLY, WE MAY HAVE THE RIGHT SIZE IN STOCK AND WILL SEND THAT INSTEAD.
IF YOU ORDER IN ERROR, AND WE CAN PREVENT IT BEING DISPATCHED THERE WILL BE NO CHARGES OR NEGATIVE FEEDBACK. If THE TYRE HAS BEEN DISPATCHED THEN THERE WILL BE CARAGE COSTS FOR DELIVERY AND COLLECTION.
PAYMENT IS DUE IMMEDIATLY AND BUYERS WHO FAIL TO PAY WITHIN ONE WEEK WILL BE REPORTED AS PER EBAY RULES. ORDERS ARE ONLY SENT ON ONCE PAYMENT HAS BEEN PAID.
All tyres must be fitted by a professional and qualified tyre fitter. No responsibility is accepted for any loss, death or injury caused by incorrect fitting or fitting by an unqualified person.
