Stamp on
the case: This is a stamp representing a small passing lion.
Since the
time of founder Albert Villon, movement plates and cases have been stamped with
a small passing lion. From February 1907, Duverdrey and Bloquel gave the name “Réveils
Bayard”, well before the “Bayard” trademark was registered in 1928.
