As removed, in working order, from an automobile decades ago. All the connecting wires and the transformer, as shown, are included. 

Note: The small grommet where the cord attaches to the base of the hand set is missing. The wires are intact and I do remember it working at the time without any signs of crackling or static. A small scratch that looks like a gray checkmark on the handset's screen is visible. These defects are visible in the images.
