HOW TO

Pre-heat stone in oven at 482°F (250°C) on the middle rack for 30 minutes. The actual baking time is very short. Do not place stone directly on a metal tray or
bottom of the oven. Place dough on baking paper or sprinkle the stone with flour to help prevent sticking.

NOTE

Not dishwasher safe. Allow stone to cool after use. Do not use cold water on the stone until cooled, otherwise it could crack.
