PSVR's face pads have a common issue of disintegration. If the face pads show signs of deterioration, we will meticulously remove all the deteriorated parts to ensure a pristine outcome. 

The outer box is not included by default, but if you have a specific preference for it, kindly send us a message. We will do our best to accommodate your request and provide items with the outer box when we restock.
