Liberia 1963 one dollar engraved revenue with SPECIMEN overprint of the American Banknote Co. which were sold in  the 1990 sale of the company's archives. K. Bileski purchased the material and sold the material listing the order number for the different printings of the Liberian revenues in the archives. The stamp is o.g. NH.
