Was able to establish stereo signal through preamplifier. Signal was not clear. Seems to be a bad ground in this unit. Did get some output from right channel to speakers. But garbled and not clear.

Power Supply Transformer…tested to spec and is working. Tested with VOM Meter to verify correct voltage.
