"Das Elfchens Reise auf die Erde" (The Little Elf's Journey around the World) was a Christmas Play by the German author Ema Brieger. It was performed annually in the town of Langeln which proudly illustrated its municipal Notgeld (post WW1 small change currency) with scenes from the play.
