Sold as SPARES - REPAIR only as the movement is NOT working.

This is an antique genuine ART DECO ladies enamelled 18ct yellow gold COCKTAIL wristwatch on a tri-coloured rolled gold bracelet. The dial is signed ORATOR.

The back of the watch case is marked 18K with serial number 186310. Looks like there was a hallmark of a ladies bust facing left Minerva Head and has had another picture below this but its worn.

The bracelet strap is very fine three coloured and marked on the back of the catch ROLLED GOLD.

It is a very nice cocktail watch of the ART DECO period, the winder has a blue glass or gemstone on the very end of it.

Tank shaped case with the diamond shape style actual dial within the case. The case top has some wonderful colours in enamel and a fine design at the sides too.

Please see photographs provided for more details and visual confirmation of condition for yourself.
Normal signs of age and use wear.
The yellow enamelling at the very top does have some tiny chips but they are virtually invisible.

The movement is manual and it is FULLY WOUND and not running. The balance staff looks OK to me but I am selling this wristwatch as SPARES - REPAIR only.

It measures approx. 20mm x 14mm on the front. The wristwatch weighs approx. 12.5 grams.

A genuine honest ladies 18ct gold and enamel wristwatch which is worth collecting instead of being scrapped ever to be seen again, even though it is NOT working !!

My stock ref : #T375A/23623 in gold wristwatches box.

Most of my items are sent using the Global Shipping Program due to Royal Mail being really quite useless at actually delivering parcels worldwide for the last 9 months, which gave me and my customers a truly diabolical service of which I am still chasing up delayed post.

Global Shipping Program does not allow coins to be sent which is a little bizarre, is that because they do NOT trust their own delivery people to keep charge of the packages whilst on route ? So coins will be sent using Royal Mail.

Scale is usually an English 1 penny coin which is 20mm in diameter which is just short of 7/8ths of an inch in diameter, or a universal Coke can, and we all know how big those are.

If you see A/F = a/f in the title or description it means "as found" condition which may have scuffs, scratches and damage. In relation to all my listings it does not mean " about fine ". I have used A/F  for " as found " for 45 years.
