8-Inch Floating Shelf Brackets for Wood Shelves, brand new in box (shelves not included).

Heavy duty metal support for wood shelves.  Includes quality screws and anchors.  Each rod is 8 inches long with 1/2 inch diameter. Unlike many other brackets of this kind (which are typically 6 inches), the longer length adds strength and support to your shelf. Backplate of rod is 2 inches wide and 1-1/2 inches tall.  

The box of hardware includes 4 x heavy duty metal brackets, 4 x heavy-duty screws, and 4 x drywall anchors.

The brackets will hide inside the shelf, and the shelf will be floating. Easy to install and mount your shelving using basic DIY tools.

What you need:

• Pencil
• Drill
• 12 mm (1/2 inch will also work) Auger drill bit for boring the back of the shelf - 10 inches long
• Standard twist drill bits
• Masonry drill bit (if installing into brick, cement, or tile)
• Measuring tape
• Level
• Philips screwdriver
• Hammer
