A Watercolour painting signed by one R. H. Fawkes, dated 1987.
I have not found any details of the artist online, though I have found other works auctioned in the 70s and 80s.
Painting is mounted and framed, with glass. No damage.
There is a labal on the back from Paragon Fine Arts, Macclesfield, framers and purveyors of original oils and watercolours.
Pieces of the backing paper to the frame have become loose.
The picture is a view through an open door onto a patio area with Vines growing on a pergola, and of what may be Olive trees. It suggests a Mediterranean scene?
