You get both mini figures with their bases. Brand isnt shown anywhere on the figure.They aren't brand new but in good condition. I tried to put as many photos of close ups. The yamcha figure the waist looks like there's a small gap  from the back the last two photos show the details on the waist. Krillin about 3 1/4 inches tall.
