Each pick has two stems of blooming lily of the valley fronting three leaves.  This tapers to a stylized and pierced plant with bent leaves straddling two pierced sections just above the picks.

On the back, the picks are engraved Bettie in attractive cursive, and stamped W&H, for the retailer McLean and Northrup, and 925.  The retailer stamp is partly rubbed.
