We aim to dispatch within 2 working days. All items come with a proof of postage or tracking number and will normally be sent 2nd class. Please message us if you require a faster postage option or other special requirements.

POSTAGE

Dispatch Time Frame: We aim to dispatch all orders received before 2pm the same day       ( Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays), otherwise, they will be dispatched the next working day.
2. Processing Time: Please note that processing times may vary during busy periods and orders may take 2-3 working days to dispatch.
3. Shipping Methods: We are currently shipping our orders via Evri Standard and offer a paid Evri Next Day option. Please contact us for any queries.
4. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the chosen shipping method. Our eBay listings will provide accurate shipping costs at checkout.
5. Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).
6. Delivery Time: Evri aims to deliver the parcels within 1 -3 working days after dispatching, and the Next Day option aims to deliver within 1 working day after dispatch. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any delays in the postal system.
7. International Shipping: We participate in eBay's Global Shipping Program for international orders. This program allows us to ship orders to international buyers with ease and provides buyers with accurate shipping costs and delivery estimates.

RETURNS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in it's original packaging. Please note that we cannot accept returns of certain items, such as intimate or perishable goods.
To initiate a return, please contact us via the eBay's messaging system and provide your order details and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend that you use a tracked shipping service and purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during the return process.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 3 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
International returns are not available at this time.
