This includes reproduction artwork and an aftermarket case (not originals).  However, the manual and disc are authentic.

Recently resurfaced and tested. No issues getting it to load in my console and I was able to pull a complete disc image when I scanned it on my PC.  No read errors or bad sectors detected.
