Before purchasing, make sure you read the following description!

– Please note that some countries require an Import Permit or other documents. It is the customer's obligation to provide the necessary Import Permits.

As an example:

A. Malaysia, Hawaii, New York, Brunei, and Canada require customers to provide an Import Permit.

B. The UK requires customers to provide PEACH from the UK Government's Horticultural Marketing Inspectorate.

C. American customers must provide import permission to purchase more than 12 plants.

The plants sent are almost the same as those in the photo. And the photos shown are references or sample photos of the plants and sizes that will be sent

Free plant Phytosanitary Certificate

There are several steps to prepare for delivery:

The first step

Apply for an import permit as a condition for obtaining a phytosanitary certificate (if purchasing more than 12 plants)

Second stage

Laboratory tests to check which plants shipped are truly healthy

Third step

Preparation of phytosanitary certificates and re-inspection by the plant quarantine agency, ministry of agriculture

Fourth step

Delivery to DHL

Returns: If the item you received is damaged

We will replace it on your next purchase, if you want a refund, you must send proof of the plant being dead or damaged in shipping... in the form of an unboxing photo or video
