How to use:
1.    Sit up straight: Put the mouthpiece between your lips.
2.    Breathe in and out through the breathing exercise device.
3.    Rotate the inhale (set to 1‑6) and exhale (set to 1‑5) until you can control 10 breaths without letting your cheeks turgidity or get out of breath.     When first used, set both dials to 1.
4.    As you get stonger, you regularly turn up the dial Settings.     It may take weeks or months to achieve its highest setting.
5.    Do 2 to 3 sets of 10 times per set, twice a day, 6 days a week.
6.    Clean and breathe after each use.
