This is a vintage DC Voltmeter made by the Sterling Manufacturing Company of Cleveland, Ohio - Type R-415, with a range of 0 to 300 DC volts.  The voltmeter is in poor condition with broken face glass, very worn decals, and one short wire.  The meter itself looks ok.  I am selling this AS IS.
