I can relay very little about this piece.  2 Toned silver and brass metal.  4 Footed.  Bamboo looking spout and handles.  A little bakelite detail on them. Hinged Lid that is in good shape.  Tarnish as in the pictures.  The outlets on the one side are good.  The other side has issues.  Bent left port and large dimple surrounding it.  White deposits in crevices is left over cleaning substance of some kind.  It will come off.   I am selling as found. No stand.  As is.  9.25hx8.5wx6" Etched dragon.  I don't know anything about this piece except it is marked which is unreadable.  Not Asian characters.  See my guess at mark and numbers.  Possibly inaccurate.

....a complete guess.  Age is 1930s?  HOWEVER there is what looks like a date scratched in on the bottom 94/10/8.  Thanks for looking!
