Description - Splendid mid 19th century good gauge solid silver cream jug of shaped form embellished with heavy acanthus leaf decoration and with a scroll handle with further decoration.

the name "Mona" engraved below the spout

Fully hallmarked with the crown for sheffield assay, date letter "B" for Sheffield 1845, lion passant indicating 925 grade solid silver and the maker's mark "HW & Co" which is Henry Wilkinson & Co.

Condition - Two fractures to the repousse high relief (please inspect end photographs)
