Crackle Quartz is a wonderful variation of clear quartz crystal. The "crackles" are produced by heating clear quartz crystal and then cooling it quickly. This stone is also called Rainbow Quartz, because the cracks amplify the appearance of rainbows within the stone.

• The average size of these stones is 0.5" inch to 1.25" inch.
