Please note that we are collaborating with Olza Shipping who is managing all our parcels, picking them up and sending them to the European destination country, where they hand them over to your national courier (GLS for Western Europe). While we do provide a correct tracking number, this will not be visible until the national courier receives and scans the parcel.
