Scarce 1892 The Monarch Philanthropist Book Manuscript Published by Cubery & Company Steam Book and Job Printers San Francisco, Very Rare

This is a very rare and incredibly scarce first-edition antique book manuscript whose author is unknown, and this mysterious piece is 131 years old. This is the original publication. This incredible manuscript can still be purchased today in print-on-demand reprints or as a pdf file.

From the cover, "The manuscript of this California Romance was found near the docks of San Francisco and was deemed worthy of publication. The author will confer a favor by making his name known: If found it will appear in future editions."

It was published in 1892 by Cubery & Company, Steam Book and Job Printers of San Francisco. They applied for the copyright of this found manuscript, and it is believed they never obtained it. This book was never printed again by them.

It is a soft cover and has 22 pages. This incredible original antique manuscript should be preserved, and we have been unable to locate a second copy available for sale on the Internet.

It is bound by two staples. ****The top 1/3 of the front and back covers have torn along the fold but they are still attached.
