Remember these? These tiny, beaded change purses were all the rage in the 1970's! I have 6 of these cuties in different colors available on this listing... use the drop down menu to make your selection.
These were a flea market find and they are "New Old Stock" (NOS)-- old, but never used. They still have the original tissue inside! They run about 3-1/4" wide x 2-1/2" high.
These little purses are mesh, covered with plastic seed beads and oval beads in a flower pattern. They have a kisslock closure and have a keychain attached. All but 2 (pink and one of the black) have fringe at the bottom. Each is lined and some of them have a sticker inside that says "Made in Hong Kong".
Kisslock closures and keychains are all in working condition. While these are new old stock, the brass keychains and frames show tarnish and some loss of finish; fringe may show soiling. While most of the "flowers" have 6 oval petals, some have less. I do not believe these petals are missing, it's just that the design is crude. (See the beads on the red purse).
