New Rogers Group porcelain bisque figurine, titled "Checkers Up at the Farm".    It features a group of people engaged in a game of checkers during the historical farm move.   This is one of the original 750 that were made by Reed and Barton in 1976.   The 1875 original Statue by John Rogers is at the New York Historical Society  Museum.  It was in his Centennial Exhibition.   This copy was one of the original 750, created in 1976 by Reed and Barton.   It has the original blue stamp.   This piece measures 7" in length, 5" in width, and 8" in height, weighing a total of 4 lbs.  The matte finish and fixed edition make this an original piece from the Rogers Group Porcelain Bisque Collection by Reed & Barton.  The item is in new condition and is a perfect addition to any collectibles or decorative figurines collection.
