The right cleaning technique – the short version

Hold the toothbrush like a pencil.

Tilt it at a 45 degree angle - with half on the gums and the other half on the teeth.

Turn it down toward the gums.

Move the brush in small, gentle circles, almost without pressing.

Do the same on Allen three tooth surfaces  

How to dispose of your wooden toothbrush

Separate the brush head with pliers or something similar. Throw the brush head in the trash. Toss the 100% biodegradable wooden handle in your compost bin. We recommend replacing your wooden toothbrush every two months (to avoid bent bristles and bacterial build-up).
