Very pretty ivory lace vest! I've worn it maybe 3 or 4 times in the whole 2 years I've had it, so it's perfect condition. It's a delicate spandex lace, the one that catches onto microscopic hang nails you didn't know you even had, so be mindful! It looks really cute over dresses of any length and any print or pattern. The green dress in the photo is not for sale, it just helps show the detail of the lace better. Closes with hook and eye clasps and tied off with a ribbon. There is no elastic and the ribbon tie is sewn into place—it is not a drawstring. The vest's collar is ruffled, but it tends to curl inward, hiding the ruffle.
