This Decorative medallion is 11" diameter x approximately .022" (1/45", 0.6mm) thk, (temporary) tape on face side, and pre-filled with wood filler on the back.

VENEER WOODWORKING REQUIRED: These are NOT finished products. These are veneer applications and will require the typical gluing, tape removal, sanding, finishing, etc. associated with veneer woodworking. YouTube is packed full of how-to videos. Simply go to YouTube and enter your specific keywords in the searchbar. Since all veneering applications are not the same, some videos will be more beneficial than others in regards to your particular application.
