SHIPPING 

Free Shipping is available to addresses within the lower 48 states ONLY. Some of the item may cost a basic shipping fee. Free shipping is included for all orders to be delivered within the lower 48 states with the exception of PO Boxes and APO addresses. PO Boxes and APO addresses must purchase the USPS Priority shipping option. We ship via USPS & FedEx, unless stated otherwise. We process shipments within 2 day, Monday-Friday. If you purchase an item Friday afternoon, Saturday, or Sunday, your item will go out on the following Monday. We package our items carefully with bubble wrap, peanuts, and sturdy cardboard boxes. In the rare case that your item does arrive damaged, please keep all packaging and contact us immediately. All shipping claims must be submitted and approved by the carrier (USPS & FedEx) before a refund can be issued. Typically, USPS & FedEx will pick up the item and packaging for inspection.  WARRANTY 

For functionality, this item comes with a one year warranty from TRACKING from the date of delivery. If a problem occurs, we are happy to help you. Please contact us via email with a detailed description of the issue so we can assist. Within the first 30 days, we will send a prepaid shipping label to send the unit back for an exchange (pending availability) or full refund. After 30 days, buyers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with shipping the item back to us. We are unable to issue refunds for transactions older than 30 days, but will do our best to either repair your item or provide a comparable replacement. Turnaround time once the non-working item is received is 2-4 business days, depending on the issue or the extent of testing required. Please contact us for full warranty details.

Please freely contact us to find solution by eBay message before you open a return or case. Communication always is best way to solve problem. We accept any return in 30 days that we promise. If buyer return it just because buyer don't like it or bought a wrong item, it is buyer pay for return shipping fee. if item is defect or wrong when it. we will pay for the shipping fee after buyer show the shipping invoice. Please never return the parcel without agreement, if you don't get RMA NO. from us, it is no possible for us to get the parcel. and we will take no further auction for the return.
