Story behind this is that the tool kit from the first 10 event on Wall Street did not have the plastic ruler originally since production was delayed therefore a paper one was put in for the first day or so. When the plastic ones cakes, these were removed and thrown away.

Unfortunately this one has a stain but I bet there are none or few in the world today. Rest in peace Virgil
