Our overseas sales are sold through eBay's Global Shipping Programme, items sold under the Programme are considered as exports for VAT purposes. Exported goods are not subject to UK VAT. eBay or Pitney Bowes will use the information provided in the listing to determine the net (pre-VAT) price of the item (export price). The export price will be charged to the buyer, along with any buyer taxes due.

Don't wait in all day for your shipment to arrive. We use DPD for our UK shipments. This means that if you have your phone number in your details you will get a text on the day of delivery giving you a 1 hour delivery slot.

For goods that ship on a pallet, there is a three-day lead time due to booking and collection by the freight company.

Goods up to 30kg are shipped with DPD Local in the UK, on a two day delivery service.

Express Delivery – DPD next working day delivery is available by choosing next day at the checkout.

All items sold are covered by eBay’s 30 day return to base warranty, unless otherwise stated on the auction. We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you are not happy for any reason, please contact us and we will be happy to help you. Unwanted items must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase, packed up safely so no damage in transit occurs.

If the parcel arrives to you in a damaged condition, you must sign for the package as damaged so that we can claim this with the courier, and you must let us know within 2 working days.

To return an item please contact us so we can issue you with an RMA number for you to send the goods back to us if there is an issue. If goods are sent back with a clearly marked RMA number, they can be processed quickly.

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee if you just change your mind, but you must send the goods back packed in a safe and secure manner for transit. If goods are damaged on the way back to us because they have not been packed safely, you may not be refunded.
