PAYMENT METHOD
Payment is expected within 3 days after puchased.
Orders will be processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days after payment has cleared. (NOTE: Business days do not include weekend & holidays)
Sales tax is required on all purchased orders.
Insufficient shipping information will delay the order process so please read the invoice carefully during checkout. Make sure that the shipping information is correct to avoid delays. Restocking Fee will apply for all returned items due to insufficient information.
Buyers outside of the U.S. are responsible for any brokerage's fee, import duties, or taxes. Please check with your country's government website.
Extra shipping fees are required for international shipments as well as the following states and territories: PR, HI, AK, GU, VI, APO.
SHIPPING POLICY
Tracking numbers are available as soon as they are created and processed.
Items are shipped depending on location of the customer as well as the location of the item stock.
Once a purchase is placed, we cannot accommodate for any address changes.
We are unable to ship any item(s) to P.O. Box address. Buyer must provide physical address when ordering. Please note that we are not responsible for any kind of delay if P.O. Box address or any other undeliverable addresses were provided.
RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we'll be happy to process an exchange or refund within 60 Days of your purchase.
All returns must be authorized and assigned with an RMA# from our customer service department before returning.
For orders that are returned without an RMA#, we reserve the rights to reject the item or charge the buyer a 20% restocking fee.
STORE POLICY
We do not offer local pick-ups. All orders are shipped directly from our processing facilities.
Damages or Loss during shipping will be handled by damage/lost claims by the appropriate carrier. Replacements will not be sent until the claim is approved.
Instructions are not included unless stated in the description. It is highly recommended to seek professional installation as we are retailers of the parts and not trained technicians. We can provide minimal support, but do our best to support our customers.
