This is our SECOND Set of 1921 Notgeld (post-WW1 German small change notes) featuring bright red lobsters on the prowl!! And the LAST set, too!

The issuing town (Norenberg, now Insko Poland!) lay on an inlet of the Baltic Sea and was known for its legendary giant lobsters.

The lobsters were commemorated on the town's currency, where they were depicted as pretty much running the town one way or the other.

In this set of 3 notes a lobster crawls out of a giant ornate flowerpot, stalks a girl in native garb and, most amazingly, rides a galloping white steed along the shoreline!

Crisp uncirculated 100-year old German currency where lobsters rule!!
