Plastic seal is tight, does not appear to be a re-wrap, no cuts or drill marks and looks to be in great shape! Some price sticker residue on the shrink wrap where the sticker either fell off due to adhesive drying out or were peeled off. Due to this tape's age working order can't be guaranteed-sold as-is.
